CLICK ON SHOW MORE BELOW Our home offers 6 comfortable bedrooms (1 king and 5 queen) 3 full washrooms, 2 living rooms, office room, gym, movie room with pool table, fully equipped kitchen and a large backyard with a private heated pool. Plenty of lounge chairs are available in the spring & summer months to lay down and relax near the heated pool (open May 1 - Oct 1). We have Google Home system installed with 2 security cameras on the front porch, one on the right side, one on the left side and two in the backyard. They will be on during your stay, for our guests safety. They are all outside the house. We also have one noise detector in the kitchen to monitor loud noises or music. We offer self check-in and you will receive a 4 digit access code along with a welcome package which will include information about additional curated services and experiences that we offer through our partners such as private airplane and helicopter tours, private fishing tours on Lake Ontario and private boat tours to Toronto islands. The home offers a total of approximately 5,000 square feet of space and includes: ◆ Heated Pool (open May 1- Oct 1) ◆ 6 Bedrooms (1 King & 5 Queen) ◆ 3 Full Baths [2 on the second floor, 1 on the main floor] ◆ Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, Nespresso and Drip coffee maschines. ◆ Large Dining Table ◆ Movie/game room with large screen TV and board games ◆ Laundry room with washer and dryer LOCATION: • Square One Mall - 3 minutes by car/taxi • Downtown Port Credit - 15 minutes by car/taxi • Beach on Lake Ontario - 12 minutes by car/taxi • Pearson Airport - 15 minutes by car/taxi • Downtown Toronto - 25 minutes by car/taxi • Niagara Falls - 60 Minutes by car POOL DETAILS • The pool is ONLY open from May 1 - Oct 1 • The pool is heated to 30C. We do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate. • The Pool is cleaned precisely every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning by our Groundskeeper. POOL RULES: • Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool. • Keep noise levels moderate after 10pm to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood. • Pool has a deep end. Not recommended to venture to the deep end if you aren’t able to swim or have consumed alcohol. Guests are responsible for their safety. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list. To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy. • Absolutely no parties or events. • Guests must agree to the pool rules stated above. Including keeping noise levels moderate after 10pm. • Max capacity is 12 persons including visitors. The total number of guests and visitors cannot exceed 10 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking. • Absolutely no smoking of any kind. • Must be 25+ years of age to book. • No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene. • No pets
